This research project utilized a descriptive research design and qualitative research
to investigate the influence of e-procurement on the fast food industry's service
delivery. The findings of the study suggest that e-procurement has a positive impact
on service delivery overall. However, the study also highlighted the need for more
efficient software and hardware, as well as proper training for procurement staff, to
ensure a successful e-procurement process. It is recommended that food outlets
invest in acquiring the necessary software and hardware, as well as providing staff
with adequate training, to achieve improved service delivery through e-procurement. This study provides valuable insights into the advantages and difficulties of e- procurement in the fast food industry, and suggests areas for future research and
