- Abstract
- The aim of this was to analyze the effect of inventory management on organizational performance in terms of customer satisfaction, sustainability, efficiency, cost and profitability of fast food firms in Bindura Town. The researcher used research design method. The study targeted 80 participants in total drawn from 4 departments in every shop of the 4 fast food firms operating in Bindura Town. The sample size used was 80respondents. There was also use of questionnaires and interviews in the study as a primary source to obtain data. The gathered data was then presented using graphs, pie charts and tables. The researcher also established that fast food firms in Bindura Town have adoption of inventory management systems as a positive factor of organizational performance. The study was concluded by saying inventory management have a positive effect on organizational performance due to flowness of system and transparent of system which can be tracked.
