The study aimed at assessing the impact of lockdown restrictions on revenue cycles
using a case study of Blue Ribbon Foods Ltd. The research project was guided by the
following research objectives: to determine the effects of lockdown restrictions on
revenue cycle in Blue Ribbon, to ascertain new strategies that was used in order to
increase revenue under lockdown restrictions in Blue Ribbon and to provide strategies
that can be used to increase revenue of Blue Ribbon during lockdown periods. A
descriptive research design in the form of a case study was used and this involved the
usage of a self-administered questionnaire and interview to collect primary data. The
study comprised of a study sample of 25 respondents from Blue Ribbon Pvt Ltd.
Quantitative data was analysed using Microsoft Excel, while qualitative data was
analysed using thematic analysis. The research concluded that there is positive
relationship between lockdown restrictions and revenue cycle. The study recommends
that there is need to digitalize the whole revenue cycle and go the paperless way - Date
