Abstract Purpose- The main aim of this paper was to explore the relationship between bank specific features and profitability of Agribank so as to determine the impact of internal factors on achieving high profitability.
Methodology/Design/Approach- Panel data covering the six-year period 2013-2018 was done using statistical package called E-views 7.
Findings- was to analyse the effect of bank specific factors on banks profitability and one of the objective question was what the bank specific factors on profitability were. The question was answered in chapter two were the researcher clearly showed that these are internal factors that can be controlled by banks management.
