The impact of contract management on organizational performance: a case study of Freda Rebecca gold mine (2019-2023)
- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to determine how contract management affected Freda Rebecca Gold Mine's organizational performance. The study's goals were to determine how important contract management is to Freda, what obstacles the company is now facing in this area, and how contract management and organizational success are related. Thirty workers were chosen at random from the manufacturing, finance, and retail departments. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The information was given as tables, pie charts, and graphs after being descriptively analyzed and interpreted. The results showed that contract management and organizational performance are positively correlated. It was suggested that Freda require its staff to get instruction and training on. Contract management policies must be introduced to ensure that employee obeys them.
