Abstract

The research sought to unveil the impact on the participation of women in politics and national development in Zimbabwe. In that regard the objectives of the study were the view the reasons that has been causing low participation of women in politics and national development and to assess the recommendations and how best can the issue be addressed so as to empower women and social justice .The research was conducted as a qualitative study and a total number of 20 women were interviewed and questioned from different spheres and the findings shows that women are still deprived and still have fear in decision making
