- Abstract
- The study seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of cost management strategies on emergency medical services. This study used Medical air rescue services Zimbabwe as the case study. Interviews and questionnaires were use as data collection methods. In order to do the research a total of 36 respondents was used to participate in data collection. Participants were involved and engaged following all ethical practices. Research members were selected using convenience sampling and stratified random sampling methods. The results of the research are presented in tables, graphs and charts. Overall results of the project highlight that operational strategies together with technological adoption using phased implementation are crucial for successful execution
