- An Analysis on the effectiveness of employee well-being programs in enhancing employee satisfaction at Panellink Manufacturing
- Abstract
- This research analyzed the impact of employee well-being programs on employee satisfaction using Panellink Manufacturing as a case study. In an environment where employee turnover was alarmingly high and morale distressingly low, the study examined how structured wellness interventions could alter the productivity, morale, and retention of employees. A mixed-methods approach involving questionnaires and interviews was employed to gather both qualitative and quantitative data from employees and managers. The findings revealed that initiatives such as mental health support, professional development, and retirement savings plans can significantly improve employee engagement, job satisfaction, and reduced turnover. However, challenges such as lack of managerial support, limited resources, and ineffective communication structures were notable barriers. The research underscores the importance of implementing comprehensive well-being programs as a strategic tool for enhancing employee satisfaction and organizational performance.
