Abstract
This research looks at the influence of risk management on environmental quality, safety, and health in gas and oil business, specifically at Zimbabwe's National Oil Infrastructure Company (NOIC). Understanding the relationship between risk management methods and their consequences for environmental and public health is vital, given the oil and gas sector's importance to the national economy. This study tries to accomplish various goals. The first is to identify the current risk management policies and practices employed at NOIC; secondly, to examine the correlation between these risk management methods and environmental quality, particularly concerning air and water pollution, habitat disruption, and waste management; thirdly, to analyse the effectiveness of various risk management strategies utilized within the industry; and finally, to evaluate the impact of these methods on safeguarding employee health. The study tries to accomplish various goals.
