This research intends to investigate the nexus between stress management intervention techniques and organizational performance at Makonde Christian Hospital. The research was conducted in form of a case and casual study in which a sample size of 49 out of a total population of 71 was used. Both stratified and judgmental sampling methods were employed in the selection of participants. Furthermore, questionnaires and interviews were used to collect data from the sample, in presenting and analyzing the collected data, the thematic approach was used in which themes were derived from the research questions. After analyzing the collected data, the research findings revealed that stress management intervention techniques indeed are being implemented and are also related to a positive organizational performance at the organization.
In addition, the study also recommends that the organization should avail adequate funds for training and development, include employees in decision making, organizational policies reformations and improve communication channels
