Abstract
This study examined the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on talent management at Amtec Private Limited, focusing on three critical areas: task automation, e-training, and e-recruitment. By leveraging AI technologies, Amtec significantly enhanced its talent management strategies, driving efficiency and effectiveness across various human resource functions.
The automation of repetitive and administrative tasks through AI streamlined Amtec's HR operations. Automated systems managed payroll, scheduling, and compliance, allowing HR professionals to focus on strategic activities. This shift not only increased operational efficiency but also improved accuracy in HR processes, reducing the likelihood of human error and freeing up valuable time for HR teams to engage in more complex, value-added tasks. AI-driven e-training platforms at Amtec provided personalized learning experiences for employees. These platforms used machine learning algorithms to analyze individual learning styles and career trajectories, offering tailored training programs that enhanced skill development and career growth. The flexibility and accessibility of e-training ensured continuous professional development, aligning employee capabilities with the company's evolving needs and fostering a culture of lifelong learning.
