- This study examines the impact of restructuring on organizational financial performance at COTTCO. The findings are based on a quantitative research design, with data collected from a sample of 63 employees using a questionnaire. The analysis involved the use of statistical software, including Excel and SPSS. The study found that the majority of respondents perceived restructuring efforts to have moderately improved financial performance. In conclusion, the study revealed that restructuring efforts at COTTCO had a moderate positive impact on financial performance, as perceived by the respondents. The presence of a substantial number of employees who had experienced restructuring indicated its significance within the organization. However, the study also identified a knowledge gap regarding restructuring processes. The findings contribute to the understanding of the impact of restructuring on financial performance and provide insights for organizational decision-making. However, there was a knowledge gap among participants regarding restructuring processes. Based on the findings, several recommendations are proposed to enhance the implementation of restructuring strategies and improve financial performance at COTTCO. These include clear and transparent communication throughout the restructuring process, employee involvement and support, strategic alignment with organizational goals, performance measurement and accountability, continuous improvement, and effective change management practices. Implementing these recommendations can help COTTCO optimize the positive impact of restructuring on financial performance.
