- Abstract
- The integration of information and communication technology (ICT) in the teaching and learning process has the potential to enhance effective educational outcomes. However, teachers face numerous challenges in effectively incorporating ICT into their practice. This study identifies the key barriers to ICT integration including inadequate technical support, limited digital literacy, and insufficient resources. Furthermore, it explores mitigation strategies to address these challenges, such as professional development programs, collaborative teacher networks, and innovative resource allocation models. The findings of this research study will provide valuable insights for educators, policymakers, and stakeholders seeking to promote effective ICT integration in education and bridge the digital divide in teaching and learning.
