- The achieved purpose of the study was to analyze the impact of workforce diversity on employee performance. The study aimed to understand how diversity affects employee performance in foreign-owned companies. It also pointed out factors that drive work engagement due to performance concerning their diversity. The researcher used qualitative approach and made use of research designs in order to answer questions on the analysis of the impact of workforce diversity on employee performance of Fredda Rebecca Gold Mine.
