This study aimed to explore the students' statistical effect in Advanced students in Statistics. This study was conducted at Elevate Senior School in Goromonzi district in Mashonaland East province. It was guided by social learning. The sample included fifteen students. The study employed qualitative research which was more suitable because it enabled the researcher to acquire information from selected participants. The sample used by the researcher was drawn using a purposive sampling technique. Scientific research was done to ensure reliability and validity. The data was collected through observation administered to learners, interviews, and focused group discussion. The data was organized in the form of verbatim and word cloud. The data was revealed that to increase motivation and confidence in learners the teachers has to use real world examples in statistics, resources must be available for students who comes from low socio economic status. Teachers must have self confidence in the subject and parents has to support their children physically and emotionally.
